3rd AGM

Our Network's third AGM:
- Thanks you to those attending; a good turn out ! Appreciation to all who sent apologies.
- Two minor amendments to the Constitution were approved.
- A Network Finance Policy was approved.
- Officers for 2011 were re-elected as follows; Chairman, Bob Gardiner;
Secretary, Pauline Battison; Treasurer; in the absence of any nominations or offers, Pauline Battison offered to take on this role.
- Committee for 2011 was elected as follows; Ann Lawes (Whitminster VH), Honor Jones (Whitminster VH),
Heather Foote (Hardwicke VH) and Lucy Chubb (Kings Stanley VH).
Barbara Pond ( GRCC ) is automatically a committee member.
John Simonett ( Standish VH ) stood down from the committee and was thanked for his valuable contributions to the Network over the three years.
